Women In Power 101 is our entry level leadership fellowship program for white and racialized women with at least 10 years of experience in the workforce. The 9-week, once a week, leadership development program uses narrative sharing and active listening as tools to engage with each other.

We create brave, non-judgmental spaces for having difficult conversations, introspections, and growth. White and Racialized women come together to share their stories and discuss how race, gender, and patriarchy affects them at work similarly, yet quite differently. The 101 program helps women move from personal (inner-work) to inter-personal (inclusive leadership) to community (allyship) leadership through 90-minute weekly facilitated sessions.

This program is perfect for you if you are just dipping your toes in concepts such as bias, white supremacy, imposter syndrome, race, gender, patriarchy, and trying to understand how all this affects you and the women around you.

By maintaining a ratio of 30% white women to 70% racialized women, we ensure there are diverse voices in the room that can together challenge the norm while also moving towards a self-authored allyship practice. Each week women receive a list of readings, podcasts, and videos to deepen their practice and start creating their allyship toolbox. This is further complimented by two, one-hour, executive coaching sessions.

We host live sessions every Friday, 1 – 2:30 pm to have honest conversations. Sessions are not recorded so women can speak freely and bravely.
