Janine Manning (she/her/kwe) is Anishinaabe and a member of the
Chippewas of Nawash First Nation (Neyaashiinigmiing, ON). Originally from Toronto, she now lives in her ancestral traditional territory of Saukiing Anishnaabekiing, in Owen Sound, ON.

Janine is a community-centric fundraiser, trust-based philanthropic leader, and consultant committed to the advancement of reconciliation, justice, equity, liberation and abundance through redistribution of wealth and resources.

Janine's roles include Manager of Annual Giving & Donor Relations, Anishnawbe Health Foundation, Chair of Laidlaw Foundation, and Administrative Consultant to Edkaagmik Nbiizh Neyaashiinigamiingninwag Edbendaagzijig Trust, and Associate with Kojo Institute and Evenings & Weekends Consulting.

Janine also serves on FoodShare Toronto Board of Directors and is an Indigenous Advisor to the City of Toronto, Toronto Public Library and BGC Canada.
