Identifies as a woman or a non-binary individual
Has at least 10 years of work experience
Ready to do the hard work needed for inner work
Ready to self-author their leadership journey and develop an allyship framework

This is not a DEI training. This is a self-authoring leadership program.
What should I expect to achieve at the end of the program?
You will get out of this program what you put into the program. At the very least, you will gain a community of cheerleaders. Hopefully, you will gain new insights, address your biases and blindspots, and be a better leader and ally.
What is the cost to attend this program?
Program costs vary due to sliding scale availability. We let the participants choose the amount that best suits them. Sliding scale is offered from $100 - $1000. Review our program cost page for more information.
What does my fee cover?
The fee covers the 8-week program, facilitation, a workbook, and all tools and frameworks that you learn. We also offer a resource folder containing over 1000 articles, podcasts, and research.

Do you have to work in the social impact sector to join?
You don't have to work in the social impact sector to join Women In Power. It is open to all women and non-binary individuals who are interested in deepening their leadership practices.
